  New in the neighborhood. So went to do laundry for the first time yesterday. First thing: didn't realize no hot water till after I put my money in machine. So went to speak to staff. They were very indifferent and said everyone knows there's no hot water. And said go somewhere else. But my clothes was already in the machines plus my money. They gave me a number to call but I couldn't get through. Called about 7 times!! Then one machine didn't ring out my comforter properly and it was just the comforter in there. So now I had to spend extra to get it dry. Very poor service

  I've been patronizing this laundromat sporadically for over 2 decades, until today. The owner weighed my bag. It was 35lbs. Now usually I never go over 25lbs but I hadn't done laundry in a while so the bag was especially heavy. In the past it's always been $1 per pound. Ie: 25lbs = $25 My bag weighed 35lbs & on my ticket the owner wrote $38. I stated that the bag weighed 35lbs & noted that he wrote down the wrong price. The owner points to a sign on the wall. & says "35, 38." I read the sign, & it pretty much states that once the bag goes over 30lbs there's a $3 surcharge. All fine. I continue to read the sign thoroughly, and state that I didn't know about the surcharge, as I've never had a bag go over 25lbs. I began to write down my name & number on the ticket. The owner then says, "I don't need to steal from people." I stopped writing & replied, "I didn't accuse you of stealing. I was confused about the pricing." He replied, "Just write your name down & go." I stopped writing & told him that he wouldn't be getting any of my money. I repeated that I wasn't accusing him of stealing, but clarifying the price, and the fact that he has an issue with a customer asking questions is very telling. I will never patronize this establishment again & will tell my family, friends and loved ones to do the same.

  Do not do drop off service. They lost an entire bag of clothing and in the bag that they could find, had my clothes mixed in with someone elses. My clothing had grease stains on them that i cannot get out and my whites had ink stains on them. Totally digusted with this place. I have given them several chances. And to top it off the women who work there barely knw english and are rude and nasty as ever. This place needs to be shut down.

  This is the worst laundromat I have ever been to.The floors are dirty as well as the machines. I told the women in the day that the machine was dirty she told me it was not her job to clean them. So what is she doing there? Tonight i went and the machine would not start i went to speak to the women and she said can you wait were taking a picture. Um is that normal. then she fights with a women after telling her that her kids were animals. And she walked away and said all blacks are animals. I called the number to complain and it a bogus number. Dont go there horrible staff and dirty machines.
