  I have never left a review in my life but my experience here was SO shocking I feel like everyone deserves fair warning. I was visiting Denver for a weekend and my boyfriend and I thought it looked like a fun place to stop in and check out some touristy “only in Colorado “ stuff. Huge mistake. We went in there looking to buy a cowboy hat and tried on a total of 3 hats ... which apparently is not allowed here (I guess you’ll just have guess if it looks good on you???). The lady at the counter proceeded to yell at us from across the store.. which we thought was in good nature because I’ve never actually heard of a store that sells hats not allowing you to try them on. Another huge mistake. She continued to yell at us and an older man came over and grabbed the hat out of my boyfriends hands and got within inches of my face and yelled “get out” as loud as he could until we were out of the store. It was honestly the strangest experience I’ve ever had in a store and kind of hilarious because we were actually trying to buy a $100 hat! I AM STILL CONFUSED. Anyways.. if you want a crazy story you can only experience in Colorado maybe you should check It out ..but if you want to keep your dignity and have a pleasant trip just avoid it.

  Junk, young blonde guy was rude, stuff is overpriced. Native American art is questionable. Go elsewhere.

  Wish it was possible to give this store zero stars. Manager and owner are so rude and discrimate against women. Purchased a pair of shoes. Was unsure of size and cashier said don't worry about it you can exchange them. Bought shoes and 1 min later received call that size I bought was wrong. Tried to exchange it for the correct size and they didn't have the size. Asked if they could order the correct size and cashier said no. Then he "Quinn" said they could not be returned or ordered and he was going to call cops on us. He did. Cops showed up and actually said that Quinn was being a jerk. Quinn gave us the number to owner. Called owner outside from store and said to return. So we returned back in store with cops. Owner took info and said he would get shoes in 2-4 weeks or sometime. Asked the owner if the shoes don't come in 4 weeks what to do. The owner started screaming at us in front of cops that we asked to many questions. Walked out of store with no merchandise and no refund. This place is a joke. They make their money on tourist and have no care for customer service or getting return customer. Owner screamed at us that he has been open for 47 years. I hope this is his last year in business.

  Had a great selection. The woman with brown hair with glasses was very helpfull. Old guy there was rude to me for asking questions. Even was upset with the employee for helping me. Will never return there again.

  Had very little makeup on during zombie crawl and was told to leave. I understand security issues with masks and such, but just a little make up is ridiculous.
