  This is not a local business personal trainer. I went to the website and there was a landing page to try and get me to enter my email to get an ebook. What is the real website? Where do I find out about your personal training sessions and/or workout programs. Don't get scammed by this website. Hire a real personal trainer.

  I Have been attending LifeFuel Fitness for a few months now. Three nights a week (even in the cold dark winter). Our group gets on so well and everyone is improving so much. I have gone from being a non runner barely making 1 mile to 9 miles non stop (thought I had actually done 10 so better do better next time). My body and strength have improved but, more than anything, it is my head space time. In total I have lost 17 lbs Highly recommend- the Group Training is Awesome!

  I recently joined nassau long island personal training gym service to bring back the old me that I lost in chasing my career. This was a great opportunity for me to transform my life back and fitness center in queens ny helped me reach my destination. The personal trainer helped me understand my habits, and change my lifestyle according to them.

  There are many fitness gyms on long island but I was less than satisfied by the service they provided, however I was much happier to have found nassau fitness center in queens ny which helped me get back on a healthy routine. The trained personal trainer that was assigned to me was perfect for me, and he was able to create a personal training routine according to my needs.

  My health has been deteriorating over the years because of the inactive lifestyle I lead which is why I had been seeking a good long island fitness gym for personal training. There were many health clubs around but I was not satisfied by their service. The fitness center in queens ny seemed very promising, and I was more than satisfied when they set me up with my own personal trainer that solved my issues.
