  Good services, but turn around not particularly fast and prices just as high as Manhattan.

  1. They make you pay a Deposit (Sometimes) depending on who you get. Not cool. 2. If you pay with debit/credit there is a Minimum of $20 per transaction. You better make sure you have cash if your services are priced under $20. If like me you drop off, on your way to work- they will make you go to an ATM to even the smallest amount under $20. 3. Price point per shirt is high compared to my old cleaners (One in Tribeca, and other Queens 5 Towns) $4 versus $2 4. They will tell you they do same day service ( Drop off Friday morning 8am pickup for Saturday at 12pm) but they often don't honor it. 5. Overall, the quality of the shirts are good- I wouldn't mind praying the price because of this(2 stars because of this). All the others rules/turn around time (-3 stars because convenience is EVERYTHING, ultimately that is what we are paying for right? The option to have someone else wash and press your items so you don't have to) is what pushed me away, wont be back until this is made right! Coming from a $150 a month customer $1800 a year customer :-)

  So I have been coming here for 3 years now and never had a problem till today dealing with Duane who apparently works only the weekend. Dropping off jus a top that would charge me $4.25 he asked for deposit? I said I havr no cash on me and late for work but also I have never been asked for a deposit. Dead stare in my face goes: but you've got to give me something. This went on and I was so late for work that I had to leave and take my bizz somewhere else. The $4.25 doesn't make anyone rich or poor but that's how an unfit employee can ruin a business. The owner who I have met multiple time is an amazing man. But Duane... Damn.
