::I’ve been to this urgent care multiple times. Once for strep, once for food poisoning, once for pink eye, once for a random sickness I thought was COVID. I drive about 25 minutes to get to this location. I’ve tried out other urgent cares in my area, and they don’t compare. I could easily go somewhere closer, but I love this place. The people who work here are always incredibly kind. I’ve had a great experience here every time, and don’t trust other urgent cares due to the level of care I have experienced here. I’m a college student, and being away from home isn’t easy when I get sick. My freshman year, I wasn’t used to dealing with insurance and copay’s on my own. However, this place has made it easy. Definitely recommend for anyone in the area. Appointments are easy to schedule online and I’ve always been in an out very quickly. My prescriptions are always immediately filled and I’ve been able to pick them up on my way home.

::I’ve been here a couple of times. They’re always incredibly kind and welcoming. They’re efficient and quick - which you rarely find at a doctors office! But they don’t make you feel rushed. And just overall, do a great job. Pricing is transparent and upfront. Would definitely recommend.

::I searched all over Charlotte urgent cares to find somewhere that could take me within a couple hours of needing to go to urgent care. I made an appointment for an hour later and had a great experience. Dr. Lee was very kind and patient with me during my small procedure that I was very scared of. His bedside manner is fantastic. The front desk staff was helpful and very straightforward with my self pay pricing as I don’t have insurance. I would come back here next time I’m in need of urgent care.

::We had a great experience with this urgent care. Check in was very easy. The staff were all friendly and attentive. There was no rush and no wasted time. I think we were in and out in around 30 minutes. Definitely will go back if we need good quick care.
