  It's a great experience to have. Rolled ice cream?! How këwl is that huh? I've had rolled ice cream in California before, but this place surpasses them all.They make and prepare the ice cream in front of you. It starts as liquid form and is placed on a frozen stab. From there they roll the ice cream into logs from a thin sharp knife. They make everything fresh and the ice cream is not too sweet which makes it a perfect dessert for me. The ice cream was so soft and it complimented so well with the fruits on top. Everyone there is extremely friendly. Shout out to all the employees there that have to do this for many hours a day. I really appreciate all the work they have to do to make this awesome looking and tasting ice cream.

  I literally had the most amazing ice cream experience here. I just watched my ice cream mold and form right in front of my eyes. She did it super fast and it’s by far the tastiest ice cream I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many places around the country. My goal is to try all the flavors on there big menu. I’m surprised there wasn’t a long line, must be because they just opened, I’m sure this was place will get very busy in the future.

  Definitely worth the $7. Ice cream is super creamy and soft, made in front of you with fresh ingredients. The friendliest staff in town, they even remember my name and how many times I’ve been here. You can really feel their customer appreciation.

  Best Italian ice in town! Friendly service! They let me try all the flavors. Have not had Italian ice this good sing I was in New York as a child. If you love Italian ice this is the real deal.

  This is my new favorite sweet spot in Lexington. We have been three times in the last two weeks and have loved everything that we have tried. The Italian ice is super refreshing and the taro and strawberry rolled ice cream is delicious and tastes a bit like cotton candy! The staff is super sweet and you can tell that they really care about people enjoying their product.
