  NEVER AGAIN! We rented a scooter to use at Disneyland park. We were staying at a hotel down the street from their store. The scooter was supposed to be delivered to our hotel in 20 minutes. It was finally delivered to us at the park 2 hours later!!! We kept getting excuses as to how much longer it was going to be delivered. We only got an apology for the 2 hour delay. We were told to call an hour before we wanted it picked up and they would be here waiting. We got to the drop off area and nobody was here to meet us. We waited 5 minutes and then called the office. We were told somebody would be here in 5-10 minutes. Then we got a call back 10 minutes later saying it would be 20-25:more minutes. We are in the loading zone with hungry kids in the car and a 2 hour drive home. For some reason they only schedule 1 person to work in the office. I would NOT recommend this unprofessional company to anyone.

  The scooter was delivered to hotel and available when we checked in. It was what we ordered. It worked great and very easy to use. Very convenient to get in and out and maneuver. We will use you again next time we are in Disney!

  I found the best option to rent and use an electric scooter to gain free mobility during my attendance, for two full days, to the Pacific West Engineering Design Trade Show, to be held at the Anaheim Convention Center, on February 2018. When I called to obtain information about renting the scooter, I received prompt, clear, and professional treatment from Joe, a business representative, who kindly explained their product, delivery service, and customer support. The scooter rent for two days is very reasonable, allowing me to confortably attend the event, as I do every year. So, I made the reservation and I am now good to go...!!!

  Best place ever. Prices the same as Disneyland but you can take the scooter in and out of the park. AND they pick it up from your hotel when you are done. The ride is smooth and the scooter can really go fast if necessary, which I didn’t need in the park, but was useful outside the park. Highly recommended!

  Nice strollers for a decent price. 3 Day rental was $30. We picked one up in the morning on our walk to Disneyland and dropped it off on the last day on our way back to the hotel. Better than Disneyland strollers more space for storage. Directly across the street from Disneyland. The canopy was great for when our twelve month old needed a nap. You can get either a City Mini GT Single or City Mini GT Double if needed. Only thing I wish we had done was book before arriving because they can deliver the stroller to you. The delivery fee is $10.00 for Disneyland Area Hotels. We picked up from their location at the Camelot Hotel.
