  I Stopped by to eat at Cafe Gratitude. Thought I’d check out the reviews. My experience with the staff was awesome. I actually met the Property Manager. I totally love this place and I’m looking forward to convincing my roommate to move out here pretty soon.

  I love living in this community! The new management and staff are tremendous. The building is well maintained, in a great location and also offers free yoga classes in our own yoga room! There's so much happening in the Arts District right now. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to check out One Santa Fe first.

  Visited my friend over at one Santa Fe and I really liked the vibe the staff brought to the place. I had a little chat with Lilly over by the pool area and she really convinced me about checking out the place she actually gave me a full tour of the place trust me she had me hooked, she sent me down to the leasing office to talk to one of the leasing agents, when I went down to the office I met with Shanique the property manager do to the leasing agents being out to lunch. She was so helpful and she had a really nice attitude great customer service and definitely I would love to come back and rent here once my lease is over at my current place.

  I wouldn’t have even known about this location if it wasn’t for the help of Jeremy. He was very attentive to what I might or might not be looking for, diligently answered any question I had and was definitely a breath of fresh air. 😊 great customer service and keep up the great work.!

  I had to write a review, to let know about the Awesome customer service I received at this property. Jeremy is a super star!! He knows his stuff. He was very helpful and informative. I know I was asking a lot of questions. He was very patience with me. I love great customer service!!
