::We went around 3:45 in the afternoon so it was slow. Only us and two other groups. We liked the food. Beef tasted good and veggies were fresh. I'd say food is 4/5. It was not busy at all and we were not treated with respect and no service at all. We are definitely not coming back and if you can, avoid this place at all costs. There are other places where you can get good food and respect. The waitress was so impatient and rude. She decided to “upgrade” our entree and couldn’t even explain what she meant by upgrading when we asked. I waited from 4:03 to 4:38 until they noticed I needed a refill of my water. Same for broth. As you can tell from the pic, our pots ran out of broth before we finished our food. But no one was there to serve at all. We said “Thank you” every time they brought us our food but all waitresses just ignored us every single time. They had an issue with their pads when we were trying to check out. The guy didn't even let us know there was an issue and just left us waiting. My friend said he would leave cash tip instead and he was simply not paying attention and thought we were trying to leave without tipping. Honestly I think they didn't deserve any tips.

::Not a large restaurant for hot pot, quite popular, got there 10 min before it opened. Offers several soup base, we tried the soy milk with miso and kimchi, like the first one, kimchi was so so. Good quality of meats, but the scallops were average. Prices were on the high end.

::Fresh and tasty food. The garlic miso broth is the bomb. Also, don't forget to try the sesame sauce. The staff is super friendly too. Great experience.

::The meat quality is really good! We tried angus prime gyutan, black angus prime ribeye and premium american kobe beef, all are very delicious! We arrived on 11:30 on a Sunday morning and there were plenty of seats. The service is good and quick.

::Stumbled in here for dinner without reading any reviews and sure glad we did! We got the Kobe beef and pork belly. The broths were tasty and can’t wait to come back! (This place is not ACYE, you must each order an entrée.)
