The rep. who was working with me was fat and rude. She wouldn't accept my out of state ID. Never had an issue with it anywhere else in NV. I got my health card with it for crying out loud..

The worst service, an antiquated system and everything takes at least 35-50 min, no tellers just having everyone sitting around waiting is a horrible customer experience. I don’t know how they keep winning best of Vegas, it’s the worst credit union I’ve been apart of.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I should have paid more attention to the reviews before I opened my account here. IT IS SOOOOO Inconvenient to have an account here. The ATMS are few and FAR between, different pin numbers for different things (dumb.. last thing I need is ONE MORE Pin to remember), CUSTOMER SERVICE sucks. So RUDE, so robotic, so "Unhelpful", no weekend hours... horrible. AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME $5 when you call customer service for your account status. Amazing! I CANNOT wait to close my account. BIG mistake opening up my account. I should have gone with my instinct when I walked into the trashy location on E. Tropicana. The parking lot is GHETTO, the office is dirty... it's just very stressful. I dream of a reg. bank. : (

I refinanced my car here. Donna was so helpful and explained everything in great detail. The service was awesome!

The fees are as high as any commercial bank and they don't post deposits at midnight, they wait until the debits come in so they can charge overdraft fees then get the money right away by making the direct deposit come in at 6am. Do not recommend, might as well be with a major bank with easier branch access. If you can join, Navy Federal Credit Union is much cheaper to bank with, and upstanding in their bank practices.
