  Frank and his crew did a phenomenal job. The arrived on time, worked quickly and definitely surpassed my expectation. Definitely recommend them!

  Ive moved so many times, and never have I ever actually enjoyed it. On The Move USA changed that!! These guys were so professional and fun that I was actually laughing and relaxed during the move!! The day was shaping up to be a nightmare, we had arranged a relo-cube drop off through another company and the driver and dispatch were flaking and didn't show up when they were meant to. I had to keep calling them to get updates of when they would show up. On The Move were so understanding and didn't mind that I had to change my timeframe at the last minute.  They showed up right on time and helped me get everything safely packed. When the truck did show up, it started to snow very heavily! Yet my movers good spirits and hard work continued to exceed my expectations! In the end we were laughing and loading in the snow! By the looks of things I had WAY too much stuff to fit into the cube, but somehow, like magic, they made it all fit.  I recommend them without any hesitations, you cant ask for a better moving experience at exceptional value. My only wish is that they would come to California and help me unload!!!

  They did pick up my furniture and packed it in 2 uhaul boxes but refused to do anything about damage to my couch, dresser, nightstand, headboard and chair. They did NOT pad my things even though there was plenty of pads. Over 4 full packs of pads were thrown in at the end. I had to call 3-4 times and send 3 emails before frank would even reply. Told me it was of the fork lift operator. Not possible as the damage was done inside the box directly to my furniture.

  They recommend to set moving hours as 8am and they late for 1hr without any contact. Didn't even said sorry of course. I paid two guys for four hrs. For one bedroom apt, it took full 4hrs. Even though we already did 6times trip with our own car for 4dats and I was taking mattress myself. and they working only together lol to find other parking spot they are moving together. I never seen any mover who carry ikea tea table for one trip lol guess what ? If you are telling them carry more then they will scratch ur furniture when you are not paying attention. All of brand new wooden furniture scratched everywhere. I'M TELLING YOU TO NOT TO WASTE UR TIME and MONEY otherwise u will carry urself.

  Horrendous experience with On The Move USA movement coordinator Frank Rivera and Naomi in the office. After assurances that the men would be there to move us at 1pm at the latest, multiple frantic phone calls later resulted in movers appearing 2 1/2 hours late...on a Friday afternoon in NYC area. Absurd level of stress. Frank Rivera said he was heading over to make it right because he failed to put us on the dispatch list and had dismissed all the men at noon, he never showed. He never called me back. I initiated ever call, email and text trying to resolve the situation. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Have informed concierge staff at apartment complex to also not recumbent and toss their business cards out.
