  This is a smaller hotel compared to the high-rises they are building these days, but don't don't let that fool you. The facility is very nice and well maintained. The staff is friendly and courteous. And I mean all the stuff. This is the first hotel I have stayed at where ever employee I encountered greeted us with a smile and a kind word. One side of the hotel backs up directly to the river walk and has amazing views. It is within easy walking distance from several great restaurants, the Aztec Theater and the river boat tours. The next time we go back to this area, we are definitely staying here.

  This centrally located hotel is, in my opinion, the best in the area. We have stayed at others over the years, and Omni soars above the rest in comfort, service and ambience. The staff executes with a subtle sense of flair, and are very professional. We were made to feel welcome, and were well attended to.

  Cute hotel, right on the river/great location. Comfortable rooms and beds, but could use a bit of refreshing. Nice staff. There’s a self-parking lot across the street for $10 (hotel valet is $38), which is awesome! We would have given it four stars had the cleaning staff not left a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower head from a previous guest. Gross.

  Amazing staff room wasn't ready and we got a free drink at the bar. Good start. Then I was looking for an ice machine and a housekeeper not only told me when the ice machine was, but took the time to get the ice for me! Really impressed. Enjoyed the staff. I see people mention the please is dated, but honestly that is part of the appeal, it has a unique historic character to it. 😊

  Rooms clean and quaint but dated. ALL personnel were wonderful...polite, courteous, personal, beyond our expectations in accomodating our every need. Valet services were the absolute best..Mickey, Ric, and Dan..Thank YOU! I only wish I had gotten the names of everyone with whom we (5 retired 71+ y.o. R.N's.) had contact. KUDOS TO ALL THE STAFF.
