  Tried to get a few shirts done for my daughters birthday party. Put the order in two weeks before hand with the manager jakob. He assured us our shirts would be ready. Day before the party, he tells us he can't complete them, leaving us with no other options at the very last minute. Refused to work with us on the price for the ones that weren't exactly as requested. Jakob was very dismissive and generally rude. I was told by his staff that he left to go on vacation and just didnt want to stay up to complete our project. What kind of owner does this?

  Great Quality shirts, however not so great staff communication. Initial communication to get business was great and quick, post payment -felt like the communication could use some help . Was promised a 3-5 day turn around , took 2 weeks. Texted owner on several of my issues , no response. I had to call the actual store to confirm someone was working on the issues. Also noticed some of the shirts ,the print stayed the same size regardless of the shirt size . No one told me this would happen, it was unexpected. Did not bring this up to the owner as there was no point,i had to use the shirts the next day. If only there was more communication and response , the issues wouldn't seem so major.

  I had a custom order for a couple of shirts and they came out perfect, just like we discussed and designed. The shirts have held up through several washings and have yet to fade or come apart. The service was excellent along with the time they took to help me design the shirts. I'll definitely be going back!

  Very friendly customer service. Creative staff. Quality product. Great prices. I had a few shirts and socks made and the owner put mt ideas on print. 100% recommend
