  Omaha Door and Window provided fast and affordable service. The technician was very professional and did his job perfectly. My garage door is back to working condition in no time at all. I recommend ODW to anyone who wants fast, affordable, and professional service.

  Lets face the facts, garage door repair is NOT rocket science nor is it brain surgery. It is far more difficult than both! Having "dinged" my garage door on a somewhat early exit one Wednesday morning I found that one of the rollers was displaced from the track. Unfortunately the roller in question was the bottom roller. Yes the infamous bottom roller which is attached to a high tension cable. I,being smarter than the average bear, and with every tool known to man at my disposal, knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is a two minute repair; just loosen the bottom bracket slide the roller back in and voila… fixed! WRONG!!!!! Upon loosening the bracket, the high tension cable did its job and it did it real good! The high tension cable proceeded to take the bracket at approximately one third the speed of light and projected it into the ceiling of my garage and then fell harmlessly to the the floor. Dare I mention, no animals or humans were hurt or killed in this incident (other than my pride). But my long pathetic life did flash before my eyes. Needless to say, after hyperventilating into a brown paper bag for five minutes, I called Omaha Door and Window and spoke with Dave Jackson. Dave immediately put me at ease and was genuinely first concerned about my well being. Dave passed me on to Tim the service manager who once again did not refer to me a a complete dumb ass. A service call was set up for the next day. Dennis my service guy showed up, right on time, and fixed the problem again without shaming or castigating me in anyway. Will I take all of my business to ODW? absolutely! Will I recommend them to anyone that asks? No question about it.

  Dennis was on time, professional, and shared what needed to be done. He worked quickly and explained what he was doing. After he replaced the broken springs, he checked and adjusted and lubricated both doors. He did a great job and I am highly satisfied. Thank you.

  Our garage door broke early Saturday morning. We had a day filled with sporting activities for the kids and didn’t know when we would have the time to get it fixed. We called and Mike S. was at our place within an hour and fixed our garage door. I would highly recommend this company for their quick response, clear communication, friendliness, and job well done. I will definitely be using this company on the future!

  If there was a way to give this company negative stars I would. I had windows installed throughout my house two years ago and I've had nothing but trouble with them. I've had leaking water in my house the entire time and they haven't been able to fix anything. Finally hired a contractor and the windows were literally installed right onto the wood framing of the house with zero flashing. And the caulking, although only two years old is cracked and they put nails through the caulking. Do not use these guys. I've been ripped off. The only thing I can do now is to have the windows pulled and re-installed properly. DO NOT USE OMAHA DOOR AND WINDOW. YOU'LL REGRET YOU EVER DID.
