  There's something for everyone here, and every body, whatever your age or condition. There's always something new to try. Restorative class Sat. mornings is an excellent opportunity to get it straight from a master teacher and author. Today I took a class with Beth (good for a break from hearing the same kind of music- she uses great nostalgic tunes and there was lots of laughter). The owner's cute, mellow dog was wagging its tail just outside the door. There's a popular healthy aging class with several in their 70s or older. That's what I've gone to lately, so far. Om Sweet Om is a special oasis infused with kindness and tranquility.
