  Unassuming, no-frills old school diner in a neighborhood filled with new, bougie hotels. Take a time warp back, throw down some corned beef hash, flapjacks or steak and eggs. Yum.

  I enjoy eating there or even ordering to go. Always ready to get in and get out. Friendly Staff too...

  I've been coming to this diner for over a year now, and I've never been disappointed. It's not the prettiest or fine dining, but the food is pretty damned good, especially for how cheap it is. I usually grab the hamburger patty and eggs with some coffee, and my check comes out to $11 and some change. Good luck finding food this good this cheap anywhere else. Oh and the owner/cook and the waitresses are always very friendly. Just go eat there lol.

  Not really impressed. Decent food if you're in a bind. Decor needs an update. King Louie is the owner and brings family favorites to the menu

  2000. It's crazy, our first breakfast in San Francisco in the Olympic Flame Cafe. We were very hungry and in this great cafe we could not only get full, it tasted fantastic. Now that I see the pictures on Google, the gentleman could have been the cook even then. If yes, thank you for the great breakfast 17 years ago, I still remember very good!
