  We have spent thousands of dollars with Olshan and have had many problems with their equipment failing. We have been waiting since November 2016 for something to be repaired. They promise to come and don't show up. The office will not answer my calls now. I guess lifetime guarantee doesn't mean the same to this company as it does to me! Call me back Dan Jaggers, like you said you would.

  In one word, awful! I purchased 24 piers totaling over $13,000 in 2007. Since that time my foundation has actually gotten worse. They have informed me that they no longer install interior concrete piers, because they don't work! Meaning that the 15 interior piers that I purchased are worthless... They now contract through another company to inject foam to level the interior of a home. They want me to share some of the financial responsibility to repair the work that is both under warranty and never performed. In addition, they want me to assume the liability if they disrupt my plumbing or ductwork in the process. This is a short story after a year of having my calls and emails mostly ignored. I have been more than patient and fair and they won't honor their work or give me a refund. Lastly, their management team in Houston is not listed on their website and their operator deflects you back to your local office; meaning that they don't care about their customers. I wonder if Nolan Ryan knows how bad of a company that he is pitching? Do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with this company.

  I am unhappy with what was said and done.Make sure the contract says exactly what you want or you won't get it. And if they bait you into additional work, don't do it. A great learning experience at my cost.

  I already had 1 foundation repair company come out. I decided to get a second opinion since I'm looking at 12 peirs and missed the damage in my garage which will require more peirs. I made a appointment last week for 9 am today. No one has shown up, I told them I am working nights tonight so I woke up far earlier to accommodate the appointment. No call no show going on an hour late without any contact. I called them and it went to voicemail. Do you all honestly expect that I would trust you to repair my foundation in when you can't even call to say you will be late or have someone available to talk to me well after 9 am? What a joke of a company.

  The Crew was outstanding and from what I can tell did very good work. However, the proof is in the measurements and I was provided with hand written hard to read post work measurements after the 2 project managers Cris and Jeff procrastinated several times when asked to provide this info. I have no real proof my home changed much from what it was when the work started, but I do know the home has a much better support under it now and should not have any future foundation movement for many years. I would have liked to see the Production Manager ONSITE more. I only saw him when the work started and never again. But, the crew new what they were doing.
