  While the atmosphere is great, I would say the biggest problem so far is communication. I wanted to sit downstairs in front of the band but was told there was no server there. Okay fine, so then I’m put upstairs on the railing. Again, fine. I can see the band playing still. Move on to ordering, I get the burger, wife gets a different burger. Hers comes out rare as rare can be, almost uncooked in the middle while mine was medium, as ordered. When I say hers was rarer than rare, it was like dangerously undercooked. So we are waiting for a new burger and people are now standing behind my wife looking over the railing - basically on top of our table. Our waitress doesn’t say anything to them so it requires me to say something. I don’t understand how the restaurant allows bar patrons upstairs to just stand behind someone sitting having dinner? They need to fix this. So aside from the uncooked burger, the drinks an music made up for it. I recommend fixing these kinks and i just wanted to say something so it’s fixed.

  Downstairs was packed so we went to the top floor Lookout and was immediately greeted by all three bartenders. Derek was very friendly and attentive and answered my questions about which cocktails he would recommend. Dee was also very chatty and friendly, quite the conversational group, we felt very welcome. Drinks were fantastic, I highly recommend the Honey Bee. We only had an appetizer but the pretzel with cheese sauce was amazing. A few large groups came in and the crew was able to handle all their orders without making us feel ignored. Will definitely be coming back next time we're in town!

  My friends and I had a great experience here! The food, service and music (Tyler Hammond) were all great! We had drinks upstairs while we waited to be seated so we expierenced multiple employees. The bartender was helpful in suggesting things to do around town. Great atmosphere overall!

  Went straight tot he Lookout rooftop bar. Love the atmosphere! Had class and an Amazing view. Very spacious too. Wish they had live jazz music though. Could totally see having mimosas there in the mornings if they offered a small brunch.

  Went today for soft opening. Staff was friendly and attentive. Lunch had a couple of bumps as to be expected on opening day but quickly corrected or compensated. Tater Tots are superb (and very different than most)!!! Nashvillian Burger was good - their house made pimento cheese is very tasty. Nachos (at another table) looked good and plentiful. Will definitely be back.
