  Great dive bar with food and atmosphere that will surprise you. The crowd can get a little ruff sometimes but I feel like that comes with any dive bar. They have a pool table, good selection of retro arcade games, and a giant jenga if you need something to keep entertained. The kitchen serves cheap greasy food late into the night, what more could you ask for! Good selection of beer as well. Great Sacramento gem that I go to regularly.

  Basic old bar.. Gritty raw and good drinks... You can have your Ceegars out back too...

  I'm pretty sure if there was a definition of dive bar in Merriam Webster's, there would be a picture of Old Tav. Great drink prices. Eclectic crowd. Good food.

  Surprisingly good food without attitude and good beer selection at reasonable prices.

  Remodeled in the past year. Added large windows and made this dive bar much more appealing. Great place to hang out. Everything from $2 beers to craft options and a full bar. Food isn't bad. Patio available with an additional outside bar.
