Katherine Loftis, is a true professional. She was on top of her game and kept everything in check. I'd be happy to do/refer more business with her in the future. Great Experience!

I work with LINDA Sanders in my business referral group and she is clearly an expert in all types of real estate situations. Whether i had a simple refinance or a complex problem with open taxes and liens, I know I can trust LINDA and her team to take good care of any of my needs and I can recommend her for your needs as well!

I recently had a very bad experience with this title company. I will avoid using them in the future as much as it is up to me. I won't detail the whole story but essentially, they were slow to respond or unresponsive to my realtor, had not reviewed our documents prior to our closing appointment, had the wrong documents in our closing packet and had to swap them out while we waited, made us come back to sign a form that they forgot at our closing, and worst of all did not get paperwork complete when they said they would. All that to say, my dealings with Old Republic did not go smoothly and cost me time and money. The people were friendly, but that only gets you so far when dealing with situations as serious as closing on a home. They did tell me they were very busy doing one closing after the other because of all the action in the North Texas real estate market, but to me that is a weak excuse at best. When you are a title company you need to be prepared for closings.
