  Love this store it has all sorts of things that only Old Navy seems to have.

  Lines are often long to checkout on the evenings and weekends. Clothing is often unorganized and all over the floor. Fair selection of modern styles. Restrooms are not great. There is also often a line for the dressing rooms because the “I need a quick change” self serve dressing areas are locked up.

  I've been to this location a handful of times over the past few months. If you like really long lines, snarky cashiers, and mislabeled merchandise then this is the place for you. Make sure to bring a book or a full charged phone, as your wait in line will be lengthy. I was in there most recently on a weekday afternoon and it took almost 30 mins to get to a till only to find out that my shirts were not on sale as advertised. I really like the products but will be sticking to online purchase for now.

  There clothes and sales are great however their customer service is terrible. I realize that whenever I shop I never leaving feeling I've been valued or appreciated. I walk away from Old Navy feeling like they could care less if you shop there or not. I don't know if that's with all Old Navy stores but I know that at this one by the mall it is a frequent experience. It's to the point I don't know if I will shop there anymore.
