::I walked into this store today to buy a 24 pack of Stella. When I grabbed a case of it, the woman at the front (assumably the owner) was on the phone half of the time. When she got off the phone, she said this is 4 6-packs, so here are 2 12 packs instead. I was under the assumption that she was going to just charge me for a 24 pack, but was fine with 2 12s, regardless. When she rang me up, she didn't tell me the price and ran my card, gave the receipt to me and I saw that it was $43.00. I asked her why it cost so much, at which point she started to not yell, but scream at me. Saying, "YOU WANT EVERYTHING FO FREE! I GET IT!" I said, "No, I don't want it for free, but i would like you to refund me, because I didn't think it would be $45.00 for 24 Stellas somewhere else." "IT'S NOT $45.00!! IT'S $43.00!!!! YOU FIND CHEAPER PRICE FOR THIS, COME BACK, SHOW ME TICKET, YOU CAN KILL ME!!" So...at this point I'm just lost. This woman wants me to find 24 Stellas for less than $43.00 and I can come back and kill her? Wow. What an interesting exchange. And I would like to mention here, that I understand that it is annoying to ask for a refund from a liquor store, but I'm pretty broke and honestly shouldn't even be getting the beer, but alas, a girl's gotta drink. I digress.... So after this exchange, I start to just get kind of on one, you could say. My friend is standing next to me. She hates talking to strangers. I love. So she's just standing there looking at her phone trying to stay out of it. I look at her for a little back up at which point she begrudgingly let's out a sigh and shakes her head, which gives me the go ahead. So, I look back at the lady and say "I have to say, this is some amazing customer servi-" she cuts me off. "GET OUT OF MY STORE! YOU COME BACK! I NEVER SERVE YOU AGAIN!" So I left, went to the amazing liquor store near DU (I know...far from here. I was running errands), where I vented to the sweet sweet man behind the counter. At which he offered to reprint me the receipt to go back and "shove it in her face" that a 24-pack of Stella costs $30, and NOT $43. $45 if you round up.

::I've enjoyed periodically supporting the owners of this store over the last two years. However, at no fault of there's my truck was recently stolen while I was parked and inside the store! Be careful!!!

::I will never return here. While standing in line a tall African American man was asking about prices and politely asked why one item was priced higher than another. The Korean woman, while having her mouth full of food, refused to answer him and looked past him and offered to help me, a white female. The man again asked why the price was different and the woman began to scream at him to go away and threatened to call the police. I put my six pack down and told her I wouldn't shop here and that it is not OK to treat people like that. The man left right behind me and I would assume he felt harmed by that woman's poor service to him. I will never step foot in that place and hope no one else will either.

::It was a great experience to shopping at this liquor store as the owners were so nice and the price for wines were very good. I will refer more friends to this lovely store.
