  Friendly staff, great customer service, affordable, and overall a very personal experience! I bought a used bike here last June and had to bring it in for a few tune ups within the first few months. They fixed it with no questions asked. I ended up trading it in for a bike that better fit my needs (I use my bike to commute to work). I am new to riding and they explained everything to me when I bought my bike and answered all my question. What sets this bike shop apart from others is their willingness to help in whatever way they can and they remember their customers. It's evident in their relationships with customers and quality of work they care about their customers being satisfied when they walk out the door. They only take cash or check.

  We were riding the nearby W&OD trail and had bicycle problems. They were sorted swiftly and for free. I’ll be back from now on with any service issues, so, not only are they very decent folk, it’s also good for business!

  Have yet to pay for work on a couple of bicycles. Customer service are its best! If I were to buy something, this is the place I would go. Greatly appreciate the attention to detail and help!

  This is an awesome bike shop for folks that love bikes, want to buy a used bike, or keep an older bike working properly. Knowledgeable staff, good inventory of hard to find parts, and some great vintage displays. This probably isn't the shop for you if you own titanium bottle cage bolts. But if you ride a vintage bike, a city bike, or a bike that cost less than your car, this is a great shop.

  Fair, honest, reasonable, friendly. One of the only places in the DMV that will buy used bikes. Great shop.
