  Although she was kind... she forgot to fix the pocket that she put a safety pin on to not forget (the safety pin was still on the jacket when I picked it up). I felt that one of my sweater jackets was machine washed and not dry cleaned (looked a little faded and shrunk (I am losing weight currently). I thought about going back to get the pocket fixed but I will have to just find a different service. It's sad... there are very few Cleaners in the area. Have to take a bus to find a good one

  Gives you other people's clothing. Don't know how to clean shirts that are prone to bleeding; messed up my boys shirts. All the red dye was on their collar because she washed it in hot water. This is a no no and she should have known better since she owns a cleaning business.
