  Seriously the best CrossFit gym in Tulsa, multiple coaches at all times to make sure you get where you need and get there safely. Age and skill level do not matter, they have a workout for anyone and everyone.

  This is the most amazing gym in the area! Very warm welcome; the staff is hands down amazing and knowledgeable! They refuse to let you fail! The people are also great making you feel right at home even on day 1! The owner is outgoing, energetic, and down to Earth! We have all been to that “place” where you’re the newbie and feel isolated.....not at Okie! I am so glad I joined this community because it feels like HOME!!!

  I was visiting from out of town and highly recommend! Great space & equipment, friendly staff, overall excellent CF gym

  Friendly coaches and a welcoming environment. For anyone who's looking to better their lifestyles through fitness, I would definitely recommend this place.

  The new location is in a totally badass old building right in downtown Tulsa located super close the two major freeways which makes it incredibly convenient. Also, THE SHOWERS. My husband is a med student at OSU so he can get a workout in any time of day when he needs a study break. I love the open layout and open garage doors. I can go on and on about the facility but it's the community at OKCF that keeps me coming back. We not only support each other on our fitness journey, but we are truly a family and have each others' back. Definitely recommend anyone come check it out no matter your fitness level and where you're at in your journey.
