::My husband and I had parked our vehicle at the cornerstone across the street while we walked over to the RV park to inquire about ratesand availabilities and well the lady thought my husband and I were homeless because we didn't pull up in a vehicle so she became very rude and said we are not welcome there. It was only for senior citizens then she proceeded to say if we left our info she would pass it along to management. but obviously her and a couple other campers there weren't seniors either so we knew she was lying...but we just left it be and walked away and never tried again but I'm still curious as to rates and ages because it does look quiet and dramafree for the most part except for the location.

::Absolutely disgusted .... myself not from the area pulling into the park respectfully at around 3:00 PM on a Friday sfternoon... greeted by a lady absolutely disrespectful from the start and coming down on some drug outraged on me for asking if there were any availabilities in the park that only had maybe 5 campers in a 30 space park I was immediately turned down for simply asking . So disgusted in the way people can be towards others... I give this place a 0 star rating and they should be shut down

::I did not feel comfortable. I was welcomed only by 2 people. It was dirty and unkempt. The children (boys) are nasty mouthed crude little tyrants who are unsupervised, undisciplined and do whatever they want including spray painting grafitti everywhere, cursing and spewing profanities and vulgar words. I would not live or stay there for any amount of money.

::It's nice to have a place for people who work or travel who will be staying in Bakersfield for Anywhere from a nite or two or longer, who have a recreational vehicle or travel trailer they will be staying in, and all the patron's vessels who stay there, have to have a current d.m.v registration and can't be older than 1993, unless it's insured, so no riffraff.
