  A very contemporary apartment with all the amenities of a hotel without that hotel vibe. You can find spacious studios here with the alcove style layout that gives the feel of a one bedroom, at a studio price. Views overlook the Hudson River and give a lot of light into the apartment itself. Although the area is up and coming, for this price point, nothing else comes close.

  The apartments are not bad, however they are freezing during the winter and boiling during the summer. This is due to extremely cheap insulation. My apartment personally always smells like smoke as this building is NOT SMOKE free. How is that. A building in 2017 thats not smoke free... DO NOT MOVE HERE

  I lived there for almost 3 years... I miss NYC so badly. Building was great at the time (from 2013 to 2015), staff was amazing, the convenience store was open 24 hours... only good memories, great location - close to the river park, Chelsea, Highline. A lot of good memories. Please consider the review is based on the time I lived there, from 2013-2015.

  Great location to rent on the west side. I believe the rent is too high. I bedroom at 4300 per month is crazy. No storage mall bathrooms.

  Otherwise the door man are amazing. Management reasonable & all around 1st class place to live.
