  Stopped in this store the other day to see if they had any Rock and Rye in the small cans. I was passing by and it would have saved me going a bit out of my way to my local liquor store to pick some up. When I asked if they had them in stock, the man behind the counter (owner?) laughed at me said "They don't make those, good luck." I assured him that they do and I could get them in Stone Ridge and was just trying to save myself a longer trip. He told me again that that they don't make them and he wanted to know where in Stone Ridge I thought I could get them. It just so happens that there was a distributor in the store who was listening to our conversation. Since I was obviously so taken aback by the way the guy was talking to me, he stepped in and explained to him what I was talking about. I thanked the distributor and left. I went to Stone Ridge Wine & Liquor and got what I wanted. First impressions are everything and that was my first and last time in this place.

  Friendly service, average prices. The selection doesn't look great when you walk in, but I've always found what I needed.

  Great selection. The gentleman who helped us, who I am assuming was the owner, was very friendly and provided us with some good information promoting local business in the area. We ended up visiting the Brooklyn Cider, which he recommended and loved it.

  Very nice people who have a nice personality. Very cheap prices also a very knowledgeable people.
