  My card was stolen so I closed it and requested a new one. They charged me $5 for a replacement card. I have been with this companyFor over 15 years. Have never lost or had my cards stolen before. But yet you're going to hit a loyal customer with a fee? Unfortunately my card has been used in a fraud act about 4 years ago and they did nothing. If you want a bank that's not on your side and thats not for the people then go here. I HIGHLY don't recommend. Why should I continue to let you use my money. Nah, ill let pnc do so

  Ohio Savings on W. 25th has some of the friendliest, most helpful and thoughtful people working there...it is wonderful to have that old-fashioned feeling of banking in a "neighborhood" establishment where everyone knows you. It also feels great to know that I can trust them with my small business. Highly recommend them to all!
