::my boyfriend had his phone screen replaced at office max and since getting it replaced his phone has had many problems. if he taps on the screen it taps in a completely different area. it opens apps and pages by itself. highly dissatisfied.

::Literally the worst customer service ever! 7 people working and they all stayed up front, whenever we asked for details or prices (everything expensive didn't have prices on it).. they had really bad attitudes. You should take the 10 minute drive across town to another store or just go to Staples Best Buy or Walmart
