Great store, I frequent often for my printing and supply needs. The guys in the print area are fantastic and the workers always have a smile and are ready to help!

This store is AWFUL! I waited in line 10 minutes to buy $4.13 worth of items. The cashier was good, but he was involved in something over his head and the MOD would not come to help.

I wanted to purchase a computer on Black Friday so since I was a reward member I was able to make a purchase a day earlier than anyone who was not a member. The computer that I wanted showed that it was unavailable so I called customer service and the operator told me that it was not going to be available for the Black Friday sale so I purchased a different computer. So on Black Friday I looked to see if the computer I originally wanted was on sale, and of course it was. So I cancelled the first order 1 day after I had ordered it and again the operator told me that it would be fine I would get my refund, she even gave me a cancellation number. A few days later I receive an email telling me the computer I had cancelled a few days earlier shipped. Again I call and the operator assured me that it would not ship that it was just something the system automatically does. Next thing I know I have the money deducted from my account. It is now the beginning of December and I have paid for 2 computers which 1 should have been refunded. I call back AGAIN and they then tell me my refund will be credited back to my PayPal account within 7-10 business. I wait nothing, I call again and she tells me now that I will not receive anything because they do not show the return in the warehouse. I wait a few more days and the computer ends up getting delivered. Since I have it I try and take it back to the store and they won't let me return it because the system says I have already been refunded for it. The store also told me a manager would call me the next day with some informaton and I still have not received a call and that was about 2 weeks ago. I finally file a claim with PayPal and speak with a Supervisor who says she sent my issue to the credit department but it now has been 5 weeks and I still do jot have my refund. I just want my refund back and no one over there has any clue, half of them don't even know the correct information. The have also given me a $50 gift card, I don't want it. I just want my refund!!! I wish there was an option for no stars, because the is what they deserve. So my advice is make sure what your ordering is correct because even if you cancel it you will still get charged for it and won't be able to return it....Buyer Beware!!!!

Nate was awesome shrinking down and lamentating my Medicare card. Fits perfectly in my wallet now. To top this off he said 'no charge' and wouldn't take a tip. Thanks again!

Horrible experience. Went in to make laser copies of photos and other images for art projects {not as simple as copying pages of text}, and the copy machines take practice/have their issues. When I checked out at the copy center register, I was put through a stupid, enormous hassle over how many laser copies I'd thrown away. Yet I'd been told by the same copy employee I'd only pay for what I didn't throw away. I'd made a point to ask about that because I wanted to be sure I understood what I would be responsible for. They never indicated that after "x-amount" of throw-aways you might get charged for some of them. During the argument with the manager and copy employee, they had other bizarre complaints. Like how many people had helped me. Yes ? And your point is, what ? Complaining because a customer needed help ? Really ? They said I'd declined having the copy person make copies for me. So, it's an issue if you want to make your own copies ? Since when ? What I was doing involved making changes to images, I preferred to handle that myself. Why should I have to explain, or apologize ? Everyone {two employees and one store manager} I spoke to had an attitude while I was in the process of making the copies...if I needed help they were snotty about it,as if I shouldn't be there {miffed because I wanted to do my own copies ?}. One copy machine issue, {that I was apparently blamed for}, is that unless the ratio is highlighted first, the copy machine will read that as the NUMBER OF COPIES to print. Lets say you want to increase a size by 200. So the copy machine started spitting out a ton of copies and I was calling for help since it obviously needed to be stopped. This was apparently "blamed" on me, although customers are free to use the machines and obviously learn as they go. I told the manager he ought to talk to his employee about the way terms were changed at check-out.They change rules to suit themselves. There are no guidelines posted anywhere. Not all prices are posted regarding various sizes of copy paper, either. In the end though, they ended up not charging me for anything. It was free. But after the hassle they put me through I'll never go back {I'd been planning on buying a lot of cardboard boxes from them}.The manager refused to admit the copy employee shouldn't have have changed "rules" on me at check-out. Ganging up on a customer is pretty tacky, especially when the issue involves an employee changing terms as he goes along, with full support from the manager. Don't try to charge me for copies that get thrown away after telling me I'll only pay for what I don't throw away. Know what you're talking about and certainly don't blame your lack of clarity on customers. I've worked in retail before and the way they both stood there and tried to talk me down as if I were a criminal was a complete disgrace.
