  dropped off a huge plastic ziplok bag of used ink cartridges for recycle a month ago. haven't heard a single word since about my "rewards" account. been shopping there since 2010.

  I called to see if they had a surface pro charger and they told me they did. So I went all the way to there and after talking to an employee, they tell me they don’t have it. Customer service is awful in this place.

  Very convenient place to shop, associates are very helpful and like that there is parking.

  Helpful folks..I got a large (20 x 36) poster duplicated for my own personal use.. I was also able to create other useful items with their help. The prices were great/affordable!

  Minimal staff... no one to help. I went in needing A10 envelopes and printer paper and was treated shabby. I spent 45 minutes to make a purchase that should have been much quicker. Stores like this remind me why most people buy office supplies online.
