  When they were open they were pretty good, they had an outstanding collection of stationary and 3-hole binders. Sad so see them close.

  Unhelpful staff. Prices were "reduced 40%" but the base price was adjusted so greatly it was still more expensive than other chains normally offered online. Left a bad taste in my mouth, and I left without a purchase.

  Recently purchased an office chair with a plan and the chair starts to fall down by itself, called to get a replacement and is offered up a gift card to replace the chair. If I wanted a new chair that lasted for a long time, this company isn't where I'd buy from, especially if they don't send replacement parts.

  Just pulled up to office max at 630 and they were closed. The website says they close at 7. When I called a rude and hurried employee told me they actually closed at 6. This location is the WORST regarding EVERYTHING. They have like 2 1/2 employees and the color printer is always broken. Terrible just terrible with no signs of improving.

  Went in to buy several cartridges of printer ink. wasn't sure of the type I needed and couldn't find a single person to help. Ended up having to Google it on my phone. Made it to the line of people to pay and spent 10 minutes on line because a customer was yelling saying that the woman behind the counter was responsible for a document she left on the self serve copy station. finally got to the register and the girl had zero footwear on and was very distracted trying to charge her phone. Made a $90 sale and made zero eye contact and didn't say a word as she tossed the receipt at me. I'll be better off shopping online with that much self service
