  We worked directly with the shop owner Carlene. She she looked at the floor plan that we got from the realtor. she walked us around her Warehouse and showed us some really nice cubes. We picked our furniture... This all happened in under 1 hour. She promised us a quote with installation by the next day. Quote was very reasonable, we accepted. Installed 3 days later. It looks freaking awesome! Happy happy happy

  We were looking for an industrial Conference table and we could not find anything. We called Carlene and she worked with us to get the exact specification of what we wanted. Without her expertise and her guidance, we would have spent thousands of dollars. I would recommend ORS and Carlene to anyone who wants the one on one experience!

  Subpar quality furniture and horrible customer service and communication. The first time we ordered it took 3 months for our furniture to arrive after we were promised it would arrive in 4-6 weeks. Well 6 months later we decided we should get the matching pedestals with drawers so we called Dawn back up and put in an order in with a 50% deposit. I brought up the extremely long wait we had to endure last time and Dawn ensured to me at least 3 times that this was from a different manufacturer so we wouldn't have to worry and that she guaranteed they would be delivered to our office in 4-6 weeks... Well 7 weeks went by and still nothing so I call Dawn and leave a voicemail but nobody calls me back.. So I try emailing and still nothing. Finally another week goes by and I get a random email from Dawn asking when we want our furniture to be dropped off with no mention of the previous emails or voicemails I left. When we finally received our furniture, it ended up looking cheaply made and a lot different looking than the furniture that was pictured in the catalog. I've never had to deal with such an unprofessional company like this before so please save yourself the headache and don't do business with this company!
