I'm supposed to be the victim here but the victim's advocate woman threatened to call DCF on me if I did not testify against the defendant. What kind of advocate is that? What would she say, that I'm scared to go to court so I'm an unfit mother. It was a pretty weak threat but a threat nonetheless and their threatening tactics to get a victim to go to court is borderline bullying. Way to go Duval County! This happened 2 weeks after Melissa Nelson took over & the new victims advocate assigned to me was highly unprofessional! Treating innocent people like criminals & threatening their parenthood, terrible!

Vanessa Sanchez is the biggest waste of taxpayer money I've ever seen a girl stole my car back in July and this woman called me today and she doesn't care so guess what I'll mail my title to the state's attorney's office they can just give it to the thief but that's what they do protect the guilty not the innocent victims the guilty.I asked that woman today is there a chance there's not going to be a warrant served against her and I quote she said did those words come out of my mouth! Wow why such an attitude to a victim who has had her car stolen and its been missing ever since July. Why, cuz they do not care about the citizens of Jacksonville I guess the detective Mesh that has already had an internal affairs report filed against M must have been sitting in front of her after I told internal affairs I did not want him going to the state's attorney's office on my behalf it's almost as if this b**** that stole my car has paid all of our city knowing she hasn't but she might as well had because a victim is not a victim to Jacksonville state's attorney. I will be calling First Coast News and an attorney on Monday swallow that
