  Staff has no sense of urgency. Printing department takes longer than usual. Employee, Hana, stands out from all the rest! When she’s on the clock she definitely gives the best customer service, and communication skills! There is no waiting in line with her!

  I blanked out the names, as not to cause those good employees any problems. You think that wouldn't be a problem but you know the corporate world. I have (blank) or (blank), if (blank) is not available, help me, if I need it. Blank is a lot more knowledgeable than blank but they will help you as best they can, especially if you don't act like an ass when you go in. You know what they say. "You catch more flies with honey" Good sales and their reward points program is pretty good so sign up if you haven't. Will save you money. You can also recycle your printer cartridges there and you will get points towards your reward program. Any surveys you do, will normally get you $10 off your next purchase.

  un poco caro pero necesario para la sociedad
