  Shopping Delight.... Picked the usual pen, computer ink and a stack professionally copied office pamphlets... Not to mention all the knowledge that the sales staff has.

  Terrible customer service. Do not go here. Still awaiting for part of my desk to be sent here. Also they don’t tell you that delivery does not include assembly. It’s a separate purchase. Save yourself the trouble

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. Found exactly what we were looking for and then some. It's set up with a more open feel when you walk in than a lot of other Office Depot locations. You can see clear across the building, so it feels almost a little intimidating, actually... Like that's a lot of rows to go searching through. But the staff made it a breeze to navigate.

  I called to ask if this store was dog friendly. The short answer is 'no pets allowed'. HOWEVER, SERVICE DOGS ARE ALLOWED. I am okay with that. I liked the way that the young woman who answered the phone too time to ask the manager if my pet dog could ride in a buggy around the store while I shopped. The answer was no, but I really that and encourage ALL pet owners to always call and ask if their pretty is allowed into a store. It protects you, your pet, and other who need to have their service dogs with them. I've shopped this store many times and it's a very nice place to shop.
