  Basically, the print shop charges extra for jobs they don't want to do. We have printing done at other locations with no problem, however the location on South Blvd didn't want to do our job then told us it would be an extra charge to sent it up. Do not go here unless you want to pay more.

  Luwanda was awesome. Knows her stuff and was super helpful in getting my project printed. Give this woman a raise .

  I used this location quite often as it usually has helpful staff and a great manager on staff. I'm also in the computer business and don't require the technical expertise of most customers, but have always been treated first class when I step in the door. It's also nice when everyone knows your name. Some of the other reviews here are completely out of line. One of the better Office Depot's in Charlotte. Great selection of laptop computers and accessories.

  Staff is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes understaffed to where I have to wait to ask a question. Luwanda is always helpful and does everything she can to get what we need. Online printing services are fast and ready within an hour or less.
