  The staff are extremely helpful. They are also knowledgeable which helps in the shopping experience. The store is clean and organized.

  This has to be the best Office Depot store in San Antonio. There are two other stores near me. However, I always choose this store because they always give A GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

  Convenient location. Good customer service. I would just caution about pricing. I had an experience where items were stocked in the wrong location. When I got to the register and questioned the pricing, the items were moved by "a manager" to the correct location and price was not going to be honored because she claimed that the items were never in the wrong location. It wasn't until I asked for the regional and district managers contact information, that she recanted her remark and honored the price that was posted where the item was mis-stocked.
