  The store normally never has legal size paper so I have to order online. After 3 attempts of Office Depot cancelling my order or giving me the run around saying I need to provide a billing address (which I did and they confirmed I did) I had to go into the store for help. Heather who is a manager there help me process my orde and was extremely helpful!

  Manger stands around being more concerned about his hair. Tries to look important.... But fails. I have shipped 20 different items and have had them do it 20 different ways. Is there no training for these people? I have had to correct the employee's mistakes almost EVERY time. Being charged 2 and 3 times the normal shipping cost because they don't READ the shipping order.

  Great store, friendly staff. They would get five stars if they weren't frequently out of certain items.

  Could use better organization. They had the same things sitting in 3 different places and I only found one of them on my own. Had to ask for help to find what the website said they had in stock. They did. Just not in the location that was marked. Very friendly and helpful staff though
