  My grandparents are the best at what they and have been for about 40 years. They have an amazing knowledge and Byron O'Dowd ( my grandpa) has been doing it since he was a child. I recommended this amazing store for anyone who's vacuum is on the fritz.

  Great service and great people to deal with. They are very honest and incredibly reasonable with prices. I am amazed with the "Germ Guardian" vacuum that i purchased. I am able to use it for everything from cleaning my furniture and carpets, to cleaning my vehicles....and at close to the same cost as a high end"wal-mart" vacuum with way more options. I do not typically write reviews but after a car cleaning tonight and over 1 year after my purchase i couldn't help myself:)I will be recommending this place to everyone!

  This shop is great! Knowledgeable, honest, professional. I've tried many vacuum places around town & not all are the same! i took my beloved tristar to a new place closer to home about a year ago when I family memebr used it as a shop vac. The newer place didn't know what they were doing & threw away parts that they thought were cosmetic that actually served a function. I will never go anywhere but O'Dowds now. If it can be fixed, they can do it. if you want to get a part for a vintage or older vacuum (that works better then the newer ones) they will have it or know where to get it. i cannot recommend these guys enough.

  I've know the O'Dowds for over 50 years. They are the ultimate when it comes to vacuum cleaning sales and service. You will not be disappointed.

  Awesome service. I brought in our new hoover vacuum that just didn't suck anymore even after I tried to clean it out the best I could. I dropped it off at their shop and got it back within 2 days pretty much brand new. They found/fixed the issue and completely cleaned my vacuum top to bottom. All this for a very reasonable price.
