  Henry went over all the potential service issues that could come up at this point in my car's life. After he checked it out, it turns out I didn't need much more than just regular servicing. Thank you, Henry, for your honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Audi Brooklyn and their team.

  If you can find another dealer use them. Avoid this dealer at all costs. Try getting in touch with someone over there...you will see what I mean. The 3 years of having a car from them was just overall a horrible experience. I gave my car back a month ago and still having issues with this place.

  Inquired for Audi q5 2018. Paid a $500 deposit to run the credit report. Was assured at that point that the deposit will be refunded withing 10 business days in case we are not able to work out the deal. Unfortunately after a lot of back and forth discussions, I got the reponse that the black audi Q5 i was looking for was not available. At that point I asked for my deposit. They claimed my deposit will be refunded immediately. Its been 45 days today and I have still not heard back from them. I made my 5th call today in regards to the refund and there response was we will definitely process it and you should get the refund with 14 business days. At this point they have lost me as a customer for ever.

  Got a 2018 Audi A4 2 weeks ago best experience I’ve had with a dealership! My sales person was Richie Bauso extremely helpful with everything accommodated me with everything that was needed since this is my first time buying a car from a dealership I appreciated everything he do to make it a pleasant experience! Will def. be returning when it’s time for a new car!

  First called to inquire about installing a missing SIM card (bought the car used this way) to be able to subscribe to Audi Connect service after talking to Audi of America and being advised to go to the local dealership for a "quick installation". The service phone rep wasn't able to comment on this matter thoroughly, it is understandable, and said someone from the service department will call back to discuss. No one did in the next four days. I called again, explained about the SIM card and added that I can also take the scheduled maintenance service. The first phone rep took all my information for the service (name, VIN, mileage, etc.) and put me on hold. Another lady picks up the phone and starts over... I provided the information again and finally got an appointment for the following day. Came to drop off the car, first time there. The facility is clean and pleasant, staff is courteous, gave me many compliments on my car's customization. The service specialist could not answer about the SIM card immediately, saying he will find out. I left the car for maintenance, returned at the end of the day. The maintenance was done nicely, including a super neat and shiny job on cleaning the car, both interior and exterior. No word on the SIM card, however. I was told that they'd call back when find out but another four days passed, have not heard on the issue. A simple card and the procedure seem to be so problematic for me to obtain...
