  Dirty bathrooms with no toilet paper or hand soap, incompetent workers, long lines, and best of all? They don't even pay you after your donations sometimes, its happened to me atleast 4 times

  Today was my first time there. Their employees stuck me multiple times then deferred me because they could not find another vein after fishing and bruising my arms. I was informed because i was a new donor id get paid but did not. Do not go to this place they'll get what plasma they can then say you didn't finish and not pay you. Painful and complete waste of time. Their office is full of unprofessional liars.

  Donated at 11 am. Its 17:17 and im still not paid. The blame was first put on Citibank then their I.T. guys. Meanwhile they are still taking in donors without informing them their paying system is down. Seems like that April promotion was soley for them as they basically got free plasma from everyone. Asked if they would add extra cash for the extremely inconvenient delay and was told no and it could take up to 24 hrs to recieve the money on the card. Nobody does this for laughs and giggles, we do this for the money.

  The staff could show like they care about the patient. And if someone raises their hand. Go to them please. Their life could be at risk. I raised my hand to let the staff know I felt like I was dying. They we 're too late. I passed out from the procedure and they treated me like I fell asleep once someone noticed me. Treat the patients with more empathy. Please....
