  Would love to even make an appointment but whoever works the morning shift as a receptionist doesn't know that answering the phone, and doing work related to customers is the job. Get rid of this person.

  This place was sooooooo great (and that’s saying something seeing as how I was there for 4 wisdom extractions.) The service was fast, it literally took 10 minuets to remove all 4 teeth and the employees were super nice! I highly recommend this place!

  The oral surgeon is incredible!! I went in for my first time, the staff that took my XRays was awesome as well, about 50 minutes later, 2 teeth had been removed, and I was on my way!! I will definitely be back!!

  This place is awful. I have been to many dentists over the years and I have never waited over an hour in the waiting room with approximately 30 other people, many who came in after my 10 am appointment and were seen before my daughter. I had to let my 5 year old sit in a hallway where I could not see her for over 30 minutes (AFTER the first hour of waiting already) while I sat in a room with a window to view the assembly line of dental chairs. I could not sit with her, i watched her through the window as she squirmed in the dental chair with no adult taking care of her. After the appointment, the hygienist says she has two cavities and needs a root canal and a crown. Why put a 5 year old through a painful dental procedure on a BABY TOOTH, just so she can hate the dentist forever. I would have go to case dental school or rainbow babies hospital for the procedure. Never even showed me x rays or even a paper chart where the cavities were or the root canal was going to be needed. Wasted 2 hours for something that takes 10 minutes at other places. Never again!

  If I could give this place zero stars I would!! Let start with my appointment, I get my check up. I need a root canal and bottom wisdom teeth pulled. Set me up an appointment for both. My appointment for my wisdom teeth, they had me wait two hours in the waiting room just to tell me that they are not sure of my insurance covers this. But they knew my insurance didn't cover the laughing gas and took my money for that. And I am still waiting for them to tell me if my insurance covers it or not. Then my root canal I go to Case medical school to have that done. That is where ocean dental referred to go, then they said to come back there to get the crown. Now that I call them to set up an appointment to get my crown they are going to tell me that my insurance doesn't cover that I need to come out the pocket $760!!! So I pretty much got a root canal for no reason and now I have to get that tooth pulled smh.. Its like their staff is on drugs or something and not paying attention. Or they are not being trained right. Please do not waste your time coming here!! There are plenty of dentist in Cleveland that takes Medicare, Care source, Paramount, etc.. because this place is not the truth!!
