Bought 5 tall pine cone candlesticks. Called back to Sonia to have them hold two more. They couldn't take my card over the phone due to chip she said. Website order not possible. I wasn't interested in the short ones. Daughter went to get them and was told they didn't have them. Then she was told they were broken and they hadn't checked them by opening the box at the time I called. I told my daughter to get the short ones then. Chris her assistant said price of the short ones was then the same price as the tall ones had been. I told him I thought the short ones were less. He said no they were all the same price. My husband recalled that when he bought the tall ones they were more than the short ones.

New Ownership, new management, new staff! Everyone is fantastic! Only place in town that offers a great range of Christmas products at a good price year round. They also have nonseasonal stuff that my dad would like for fathers day. I really enjoyed my visit to Crown Center!

This is the first place I have been to that required cash for purchases under $10 due to high cost of credit card processing.

Worst sales associate ever met. With being a manager in a retail company for 7 years I completly understand how annoying it can get when people come into your store right before close and stay and shop. My mom was visiting from out of town. We went back into the store to purchase earrings that we had saw early and wanted. I also wanted to get a little gift i saw also for a friend. We atteneded to walk in buy them and walk out. I didn't want to hold her up. But she made sure that didn't happen. When we walked in was no hi but "just so you guys know we are closing in 1 min." I understood this and just wanted to purchase the stuff and leave so I wouldn't keep her. Not even 20 seconds later trying to walk to the earrings she says "we are closed." So my mom picked up the earrings to she could purchase them and in a rude voice said "um mam we are close." Now if I ever said that to a customer where I work I would be fired. I understand maybe if someone is just looking way past closing. But 30 seconds after closing with the products in hand to buy? Then she got snappy on another couple in there. So rude on how she treats her customers. Needless to say we didn't buy the stuff and will never go back.
