::When I walked in, the cashier complimented my Deadpool shirt because she thought it was actually for Power Rangers, but since I love both, I still really appreciated her genuine excitement because she was fun and sweet. I tried the Pork Banh Mi because it's my go-to and one of her recommended favorites. It did not disappoint. The fried egg on it gave it an amazing flavor boost! Also don't forget to add a Thai tea boba. It's great! There are no pokestops on this strip mall but usually a regular bunch of weak guys like Rattata and Snubull...

::#23 rotisserie chicken (dark meat) with rice is great! The skin is flavorful while the inside is well seasoned and moist. The owner is very friendly and welcoming.

::The sandwiches here make Lees Sandwiches look like subway... Seriously best Banh Mi for the buck in OC!!!! Plus there daily specials are off the menu items with really good size portions!

::This is def a mom and pop shop. It’s small but clean. The owners are so nice and funny. You can tell they make their food from scratch from what I saw. The food is delicious and the price aren’t bad. The hoagies are fresh with a generous portion. They have a reasonable amount of meat with lots of veggies. I would come back again for breakfast/lunch.
