  O'Brien Floors are one of a kind. We initially wanted to go with a new floor, but Kevin took one look at our floors and told us we would be crazy to spend money on a new floor. He said our floors just needed to be refinished and a possible stain if we liked and they would look better than newly installed floors. We decided to trust his judgement and save some money. Are we glad we did! He was absolutely right. I couldn't believe these were the same floors. He easily could have gotten us to buy a new floors, but he was totally honest and forthright with us from the beginning. It's nice to know there are still contractors out there not trying swindle you out of money. We saved big!
