  DO NOT GO HERE!! Not only is this place overpriced, the staff stole from my friends and I when we were here! Over 500 dollars were taken from us! my friend found spots of blood on his shower curtain... The food they serve in the morning is also pretty bad quality. So yeah, avoid this place

  This place isn't going to win any awards, but it's clean and well maintained. Great affordable option if you need one!

  Got a two-bed room, even though I was alone :) the bedroom is quite big, the carpet and the curtains are nice and they don't seem old. The wifi is free and works perfectly. The hotel is on a good street, it seems quite safe to walk around there at night (but please take care to not go too far or you'll met lots of homeless people that'll want your money). 10/15 minutes away from the City Hall and the War Memorial Opera House (check for a SF Ballet School presentation, it's totally worth watching it!), 15/20 minutes to the Market Street (the main street of the city) and you'll have some nice options for lunch/dinner around there.

  Double charged. Still trying to get my money back. I booked by phone, asked for an email confirmation and they told me it wasn't possible. Got there and there was no reservation. Fortunately there were rooms available. I paid cash but they still needed a credit card so I gave them one. Two weeks later I found out they charged me on my credit card what I already paid in cash. Every time I call there is someone new answering so I have to explain all over again. I emailed them and never get a response. Still waiting for them to solve this.
