  Terrible experience. Oakline installed my floors four years ago and did a good job. For that reason, when it was time to refinish them, I chose Oakline despite have less expensive bids. I am massively disappointed. The crew did god-awful work. There are literally footprints in the stain, caked up areas of stain elsewhere, and they didn’t apply the poly evenly (or all all in some areas). The floors look way worse after the project than before. I called to complain. And sent lots of photos of the terrible work. Despite the fact that all my furniture is outside, I was told that it would be several days before a superintendent could come look at my floors. In the meantime, everyone who has seen the flooors has remarked about the terrible staining job. Don’t make the mistake I made if you care about your floors and want any type of quality workmanship.

  Sammie and his team have done three houses for my family. Two for me and one for my mother. They are totally professional and prompt. If something is not right, they will fix it.....no questions asked. He wants you to be happy. They are amazing and the floors that I have are wonderful. These are not the cheaply glue down floors. These are authentic, top quality hardwood floors. He walks you through the process start to finish. Do not go anywhere else. They are the BEST deal in town! I trust Sammie and his company with all my flooring needs. He is an honest man and his employees are amazing. You will not be disappointed by Oakline Floors!

  The employees there are very helpful and kind. I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for but they were patient with me and made me understand the difference between everything. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone!

  I have had the pleasure of working with OaKline Floors and they continue to amaze me. I can see that they treat their customers, partners and their builders with the upmost respect. Jennifer and Sammy always take great care of us!
