  You don't get 5 star service in many places in Miami beach. My family came in to buy 2 pairs of glasses and the Manager, Glad, provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, a pleasure to talk to and she spent time putting together all different color combinations for custom glasses. We really had fun shopping at the store. We will def return in the future.

  I was ready to purchase the Balllistic M frame sunglasses, but they didn't have any in stock... the guy that works they is very rude
